I got the distinct impression, Ella, that these two had something more essential and to the point than selfies or cliched public declarations of everlasting love on their minds. I fear they may be a dying breed.
It is so hard to picture a true romantic scene in such an over-photographed Venice, but your picture does. It somehow transmits intimate truelove; nobody arround, just them; camera far enough so as not to be noticed and a spectacular stage and backround. Perfect!
